According to CNN, a charter plane crashed<\/strong><\/span> onto an expressway north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, resulting in the deaths of at least 10 people. The plane, carrying six passengers and two flight crew members, had departed from Langkawi International Airport and was headed to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, as reported by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The initial contact between the aircraft and Subang Air Traffic Control Tower occurred at 2:47 p.m. local time, with landing clearance granted at 2:48 p.m. Shortly after, at 2:51 p.m., the control tower observed smoke emanating from the crash site. Remarkably, no distress call was made by the aircraft. Selangor Police Head Hussein Omar Khan revealed that the plane collided with a car and a motorcycle, each with one occupant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Forensic personnel are currently recovering the remains, which will be taken to Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang for further examination and identification. The Ministry of Transport will conduct an investigation into the incident. Disturbing visuals and footage from the scene depict a section of the highway charred and sealed off, with smoke lingering in the air.<\/span><\/p>\n
