He argued that Shah\u2019s statements highlight the BJP government\u2019s failure to effectively assist Northeastern states in addressing climate change impacts.<\/span><\/p>\n This critique emerged shortly after Amit Shah acknowledged the flood situation in Assam, following heavy rains that have battered the state. Shah assured that both the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) are vigorously engaged in relief operations.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cOn account of the heavy rains, a flood-like situation has occurred in Assam.
