Urgent Memorandum to ICA Director by Bangla Sanskriti Bala, Agartala Sangsad Sparks Hope for Cultural Preservation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The ICA Department of Tripura annually organizes competitions among Agartala city clubs during the \u2018Sharadiya Utsav\u2019 for mandap and idol decorations, environmental upkeep, lighting, and more. The winners are acknowledged during the \u201cDashmi Yatra\u201d carnival, adding vibrancy and promoting societal messages during the festival.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nirmal Kumar Deb, President of Agartala Sangsad of Bangla Sanskriti Bala, led the delegation and outlined the proposals for this year\u2019s festivities. Bhattacharya, in response, welcomed the suggestions and assured action in accordance with government decisions. Similar memorandums are anticipated to be submitted to the Agartala Municipal Corporation, State Police, Women\u2019s Commission, and private organizations participating in \u2018Sharadiya Utsav\u2019 celebrations.<\/span><\/p>\n

The initiative aims to enhance cultural heritage and community participation during the festive season. President Nirmal Kumar Deb and Secretary Anindita Roy elaborated on these efforts during a press conference held at the Agartala Press Club on Monday evening.<\/span><\/p>\n
