If someone suffers harm due to being forcibly colored during Holi, a fine of \u20b95000 may be imposed under Section 125 of the BNS, or there could be a one-year prison sentence. If a woman is forcibly colored, a case for insulting her dignity can be filed under Section 79 of the BNS, which can lead to up to three years of imprisonment, along with fines.<\/span><\/p>\n If someone forcibly applies color or harasses another person by blocking their way on Holi, a case can be filed under Section 345 of the CrPC, which may result in one month of imprisonment or a fine of \u20b95000, or both.
