Gogoi portrayed Garg as a guiding light, noting that, although he remained outside active politics, he inspired many through his social contributions. \u201cHis values were deeply rooted in service and integrity,\u201d Gogoi remarked. \u201cHad he been with us today, we would still be learning from him.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
