\"Karan \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>”Grateful to film producer\u00a0@karanjohar and Dharma productions for contributing Rs 11 lakh to CM Relief Fund”, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0He also acknowledged the initiative taken by Bollywood director Rohit Shetty in ”getting the entire film industry together for the cause of #AssamFloods”.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Earlier, Shetty and actor Arjun Kapoor had contributed Rs five lakh each to the CMRF.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Film and music producer and T-Series owner Bhushan Kumar\u00a0 had contributed\u00a0Rs 11 lakh while singer Sonu Nigam had donated Rs 5 lakh to CM Relief Fund as assistance as flood relief and rehabilitation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Several prominent personalities, including the head of Reliance Industries Limited’s Mukesh Ambani and Tibetan Spiritual leader The Dalai Lama have also contributed to the CMRF.<\/span><\/p>\n
