Dutta had accused IYC president Srinivas BV<\/strong> <\/span>of harassing and discriminating her for being a woman and using vulgar language against her on Twitter.<\/span><\/p>\n

The IYC legal cell has condemned Dutta’s allegations as “utterly unparliamentary, undignified, defamatory and malicious” and said that they are initiating strong and stringent legal action against her. Sources close to Srinivas said that Dutta was unhappy with her removal from the post and made false allegations to tarnish his image. <\/span><\/p>\n
