On Thursday, India reported 44 new cases of coronavirus, raising the number of active cases to 471. The total number of COVID-19 cases in the country is now 4,49,98,338, and the death toll has risen to 5,32,031.
The national recovery rate is 98.81%, with 4,44,65,836 people having recovered from the disease. The case fatality rate stands at 1.18%. Meanwhile, 220.67 crore doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in India.
