ASSAM TIMES POST,Guwahati: Before the pulication of National Register of Citizenship (NRC), many illegal immigrants has arrested from various district of Assam. Currently, the number of the arrested illegal immigrants are 30. This illegal immigrants has selected as bangladeshi. Significant that when this bangladeshi nationals entered in India, there was no proper documents with them. Police has arrested them and then after produced them on court.
According to direction of court this men were deported via Kalibari Ghat of Karimganj border today. Therefore they are brought to Karimganj from total 10 district of Assam as Cachar, Karimganj, Tezpur, Sivasagar, Golaghat. After that delivered them through Karimganj border to Jokiganj of Bangladesh. On delivering process Additional Superintendent of Police of Karimganj, Dr Debajit Nath was present.
