Diphu: Shutdown of schools have no doubt effected the children globally and they are missing their brilliant moments of school life, this has resulted them both physically and mentally, however government and private educational institutions are doing its best to engage the school goers in studies during their home stay. In Diphu town Serdihun English School has embarked on digital mode to impart education.
During the recent lockdown relaxation, the School Managing Committee decided in its meeting with the teachers on program of study to be covered ahead of the half yearly exam. The school decided to use whats-app to provide clarification, problems and home task themes to the students. The first four chapters of every subject will be included for this first batch of home assignment.
The teachers are confident to reach out to every student at the earliest. Besides that, class 9 and 10 students have also been directed to tune in for online class being aired through All India Radio by SEBA at 189.39 and 158.4 Kilo hertz and 102.7 mega hertz on FM bands from Monday to Friday every week. Several schools from Diphu are also following the directives to keep students close to the books.
