2 Dead in Road Accident at Phulaguri

ASSAM TIMES POST, Nagaon : Two persons died in a road mishap at Phulaguri area on 37 national highway under Raha police station in Nagaon district on Friday morning. As per reports, when the driver and handyman of a night super bus (AS 01GC 2933) under Network Travel Agency were busy in repairing some mechanical defect of the bus, a goods carrying truck coming from the same direction from Nagaon to Guwahati has strongly hitted the bus on its back part. As a result, the driver and handyman of the bus were died on the spot and 3 other persons are being reportedly injured. After receiving the information, Raha police rushed to the spot and sent the deadbodies of duo for post mortem to Nagaon Civil Hospital and admitted the injured persons to the nearest hospital. Reportedly after occurring the accident, the truck disappeared from the spot which is yet to be nabbed. According to local police source, investigation is on.
