Diphu: In the response of prestigious national program on behalf of respected teachers the Teacher’s Day has observed in Diphu under the aid of district level Teacher’s Day celebration committee on Thursday. The program held at Joysing Doloi Auditorium of it. Where Tuliram Ronghang, CEM of KAAC attended as chief guest and extended best wishes to teachers across the district. He said; ‘People should always remember the contributions made by teachers, because of them we are having a dedicated Doctors, Engineers, Officers, leaders etc.’ Additionally, he also stated that Teacher’s Day is celebrated across the country to commemorate in honor of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was born on 5th September, 1888. He was the Vice President of India and the second President of India. There were many dignitaries like, MP of autonomous district constituency Horen Sing Bey, EM of KAAC Jagat Sing Engti, Padmashree Ranbong Terang, EM Raton Teron, school inspector Royalson Rongpi and several respected person were present in said program.
